This beautiful work of functional art dates to 1900. It is an amalgamation of the worlds most sought after tone woods and a quality of hand craftsmanship that is largely lost in todays mandolins.   This mandolin plays nicely with low action and room for future adjustments.  It  has the deep punchy bass and crisp high end Brazilian rosewood is known for.   Pictures #9 shows an area of the rim slat that has been lost, however the area is structurally stable.   Please view the pictures carefully to determine if this largely aesthetic issue is acceptable.
