    is in good condition. The T handle flare rotates smoothly and adjusts the cone properly.   The side T handle flair and the die blocks are missing.  Both red rubber  handle covers are in good cosmetic condition.
    The adaptor plate is in good condition.  The plastic case is in good cosmetic condition with the exception of a few minor scuffs.
    The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of some minor surface rust (see photo).
