Thumb measurement requirements.
1. Left and right hand size slightly different, which hand wears the trigger finger measurement which hand.
2. Use the vernier calipers that can touch both sides of the thumb joint (the calipers with too short a movable probe are not allowed to be used).
3. Thumb probe to the bottom, the calipers of the ruler stuck in the middle of the thumb on both sides.
4. Probe touch skin on the stop, do not form an obvious sense of pressure, otherwise the finished product is easy to overtighten.
5. The lens and thumb parallel, vertical shooting, try not to tilt the angle, both sides of the probe ruler and thumb contact points need to be photographed.
6. It is better to show the full image of the thumb in the picture including the position of the tiger's mouth (Where the thumb joins the forefinger.) .
Please note:
Body temperature / room temperature / whether to exercise / measurement time (morning / noon / evening) / water consumption and sweat, etc.,
some factors can change and affect the thickness/width of the thumb for a short period of time, making your measurement data and the real data are different.
This error will make the craftsman produce thumb guard deviation.
At this point you can use sandpaper to sand (When the thumb guard is small.) or wrap thread / tape inner side (When the thumb guard is large.) to solve this deviation problem.
