This is normal...these are all brand new and NOT used.
We HIGHLY recommend that all machines are washed prior to use.
What is The Capsule Machine made of?
The type of plastic of the top and base of The Capsule Machine, as well as the stand and tamper is ABS. ABS plastic material adheres to requirements regarding contact with food and drinking water, which have been established by the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Health Office, the den Regulations of the British Plastics Organization, and the Bedarfsgegenständeverordnung as well as other national and international regulations. ABS has good chemical and stress-cracking resistance to inorganic salt solutions, alkalis, mineral acids (except strong oxidizing acids), and some mineral, vegetable, and animal oils. Petroleum-based oils, solvents, and paints SHOULD NOT BE USED, as they will cause the material to craze. There is a possibility that the plastic can be damaged by powders with a high oil content of eugenol. Eugenol is an essential oil that is contained in herbs such as cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and bay leaf. The two springs of The Capsule Machine are made of Delrin Acetal plastic. This material adheres to the regulations established by the Food and Drug Administration for repeated contact with food and the regulations established by The National Sanitation Foundation for use in drinkable water. The spreader card is made of PVC. If you don’t want to use PVC, you can make a card by cutting paper card stock or cover stock, or another material.

00" holds about 735 mg.
"0" size holds about 500 mg.
#1 holds about 400 mg.
One teaspoon will fill about 7 "0" capsules and about 5 "00" capsules. The weight depends on the density of the powder you are using. Some powders are much denser than others. It also depends on the fineness of the powder. The only way to be sure is to check the weight of each individual material. On a scale accurate to within one-tenth of a gram or even to one-tenth of an ounce or even to a gram, you can weigh 24 empty capsules and then compare with the weight when full. If you only want a small amount of active ingredient, then you can mix with a material such as milk powder or rice powder as a filler. That way you can use "0" or "00" size capsules with various weights of active ingredients.

Returns
WILL NOT
be accepted once the items have been opened, if you do not like the flavor or color (etc…), of the items purchased, if they did not fulfill your anticipated results, if side effects occurred, or if they are missing the factory seals and/or all original packaging.
If an item arrives to you damaged, please keep in mind that we will need proof of damage and in most cases will require the item to be returned. Whatever decision is made to remedy the defective item, an exchange or refund will be issued once we receive the defective item back from the buyer.
We will not send a replacement or issue a refund before we receive the defective item back.
Depending on how the item was originally shipped will be the requested method of return.
We will reimburse the buyers return shipping charges provided the items were shipped back in the specified manner, i.e. USPS first class postage or in certain cases USPS priority flat rate packaging.
We WILL NOT reimburse for express, overnight, or other unnecessarily expedited shipping methods.
We package all of our items in bubble wrap, bubble envelopes, and with other various packing materials to ensure they arrive to our customers undamaged.
We are a distributor/retailer, not the direct manufacturers of the products that we sell…..therefore we can not be held responsible if the flavor of a product is not to your liking, or if the recommended dose is not sufficient for your particular body type, etc...

Items will be either shipped USPS (in an attempt to keep shipping costs low, we ship parcel select or first class postage, please allow 6-9 days for delivery), or UPS ground (dependent on item weight).
All items will have a 1 day handling time (1 business day) from the time payment is received.
Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship/deliver on Saturdays, and USPS has limited hours of operation on Saturdays.
ALL delivery dates are ESTIMATED.
USPS and UPS do not guarantee delivery dates/times.
If the address is considered rural, or in a smaller county, shipping time by either service can be extended.
Once the order leaves our facility, we have no control over USPS or UPS.

If multiple items are purchased, the original method of shipment may change due to weight (USPS to UPS).
