    Description

    MADE IN THE U.S.A.
    Why buy a replacement
chamber when you can replace the electrodes inside the chamber and spend much less?
The copper/silver electrodes erode inside the chamber. This is the only reason you have to replace the chamber
    .
This auction is for TWO copper/silver electrodes that will replace the eroded electrodes in your current ionizer chamber. The measurement of the replacement electrodes are ½ by ½ by 2.5 inches.
The replacement electrodes are the same copper/silver alloy and size as the electrodes in a BRAND new factory chamber.
Hardware to install replacement electrodes is included with purchase.
    Hardware  (2) Stainless Steel Screw
    (2) Spade Terminal
    (2) Lockwasher
    (2) Sealing Washer
I have added a sealing washer to the hardware so that
    NO
    CAULK
is needed and the installment of the electrodes will be quicker and simpler.
The replacement electrodes are aftermarket. They are not factory made.
    Frequently asked questions
    Q. Are the electrodes easy to replace?
    A. Yes, they can be replaced in as little as 15 minutes.
    Q. Is there a copper and silver electrode?
    A. No, both electrodes are the same and each one is a combination of copper and silver. There is more copper than silver in the electrodes that is why they look like just copper.
STEPS TO INSTALL YOUR NEW ELECTRODES
    TOOLS NEEDED
    Phillips screwdriver
    Long needle nose pliers
    1. Remove chamber from transformer module.
    2. Loosen stainless steel screws and push up on them.
This will unseat the eroded electrodes from the square socket that each electrode is setting in.
    3. After the electrodes are loose finish removing screws and electrodes from chamber.
    4. Using the long needle nose pliers insert one replacement electrode into the short side of the chamber where the old electrodes once sat.
    5. While holding the electrode with the pliers start the screw from the bottom side of the chamber.
You will be able to feel the new electrode start to reseat back into the socket where the old electrode once sat.
    6. Tighten screw securely making sure that the spade terminal is pointing toward the long end of the chamber.
    7. Repeat steps
    4
    ,
    5
    and
    6
    with the other electrode.
    8. Reinstall the chamber back onto the transformer module.
The hardware is already installed on the stainless steel screws in the correct order. Do not install washers or spade terminal in any other order. The sealing washer has to go next to the chamber to keep it from leaking. If not the chamber will leak water and you will have unsatisfactory results.
