The Smart Spa Switch is an inexpensive add-on device for your existing Pool/Spa system which will let you control it from ANYWHERE. You install it inside your outdoor pool/spa controller box – it plugs very easily into the existing system. An add-on device that will give you (some of*) what a 00 upgrade to your pool control system would give you. A free Smartphone app allows you to operate your SmartSpaSwitch and is also compatible with Alexa, Google Home, Siri, etc. voice commands.
The SmartSpaSwitch is designed for pool systems that do not currently have Wifi connections or the ability to allow control via Smartphone.
With the SmartSpaSwitch, you will be able to turn 4 pool/spa functions (you decide which functions*) ON and OFF from your Smartphone – no matter where you are. Driving home on a cold winter night? Fire up the spa so it’ll be ready when you arrive! Lying by the pool and want the waterfall on? "Hey Siri, turn on the waterfall"

System requirements:
There must be sufficient space in your outdoor pool/spa control box for the 5” x 3” x 1” SmartSpaSwitch (it should fit in the low voltage raceway or behind the circuit board – see photos).
Your pool/spa system must have capability for a “spa-side switch”, and a 6-wire connector for this function on the main pool/spa control panel - see photos for examples (green circles).
Pool controller should have a free 24vAC pin connector to supply power to the SmartSpaSwitch (see photos for examples - blue circles). Alternatively, the SmartSpaSwitch can be otherwise wired to a AC or DC power source between 7v and 32v.
The SmartSpaSwitch must be within your home WiFi router’s signal reach, with a 2.4GHz network available.
You must have an iPhone or Android Smartphone for connection/configuration, as well as for ongoing operation of the SmartSpaSwitch.
*SmartSpaSwitch can control functions programmable within your indoor wall control panel's menus, typically:
Filter Pump, Spa Mode, Spa Heat, Pool Heat, Cleaner, Waterfall, Light, Air Blower.
Caution:Although the SmartSpaSwitch utilizes only low voltage connections, it will be installed in the vicinity of higher voltage wiring. As with
any
electrical product, it is recommended that installation be performed by a professional licensed to perform the necessary work. Proper precautions must be taken when working in and around any electrical equipment. Purchaser must ensure installation by a licensed professional, or install at his/her own risk.
