This ships with an Intex Compatible L Ring Gasket. And this is is only one item in the main photo and one L ring gasket. The rest of the items in the photos are for demonstration of use.
Warnings first:
1.
These are 3D printed parts treated for improved strength. However, overtightening the parts by use of the hex nut and wrench could DRAMATICALLY improve the chances of failure. The hex nut is only for untightening with a wrench. Tighten manually and untighten with the wrench if you overtighten it and cannot untighten with the bare hands.
2.  Always use some form of plumbing tape, Teflon tape or monster tape to prevent leaks.
3.  USE The INTEX L  RINGS part #11228 - you can find them on ebay, they are pricey but they are the best. The seals I may provide when available may not do such a good job. I have had mixed results.
3.  The 2 inch PVC ball valves at the big box store are very tight and tough to open and close - you need to make sure that your setup does NOT allow  the forces to transfer to the PVC pipe coupler or the rest of your water circuit setup when opening and closing the Valve. Make sure you have additional reinforcement holding the VALVE on a separate skeleton.

This is a threaded coupler that connects the Intex 1.5 Inch hose to PVC threaded 2 inch threaded female pipe or ball valve. Ideally you should purchase the pool supplies valves and TEST if the threads match or test in store first before purchasing. The pool supplies valve should be easier to open and close than the valves at the big box store.
This Item was designed for the PVC sphere/ball valves or couplers at the big box store, because the parts there are more inexpensive. The problem is that the PVC vales at the big box store rather than the pool supply store are very tight and are very hard to open and shut off when you need to service your setup. In fact the valves are so tough to open and shut off that may actually damage your setup if you do not properly secure the valve on an external skeleton that does not apply/transfers forces to your Intex hose and PVC pipe setup. That is why I recommend the pool supply valves because I have seen them to open and close easier. However I have not tested the threads on the pool supply valve but I am 90% sure they should fit.
This Intex 1.5 inch hose to 2 inch PVC pipe couplers come in handy if you would want to switch or add PVC pipes to your above ground pool setup and extend the pipes to your needs.
The threads should fit most of the 2 inch PVC threads and you should always use plumber's tape, monster tape or teflon plumbing tape to avoid drips and leaks.
In addition if you wan to use PVC pipe and then Convert back to Intex hose if you have buy multiple Intex to 2 inch PVC couplers.
I also have available a Intex Split Hose to convert your above ground pool to the TWO large 1.5 inch hose that return water into your pump. In addition you can use the Tee Split hose for a separate vacuuming line bypassing your skimmer.  Link:
