If you want a little more drop than a shackle gives just add the leaf spring hanger to the mix and you have a traditional Hanger/Shackle kit. Your moving each end of the leaf spring up on the frame for a total of 5". Takes some "elbow grease to get those rivets out of the factory hanger but darn well worth it!
To avoid an especially bad installation situation, take a peek at your factory leaf spring eye hangers and make sure they match the look of the picture below! All the Long Bed 2500/3500 HD's we've seen use this part but to make double dang sure you have the right parts, a quick inspection before you order can save you from finding out you don't have the right parts when you need them most!
