This listing is for one Pint of our premium state-of- the-art basecoat pre-reduced ready to spray. It is ready to go straight into yout paint gun and spray. This is a true Urethane basecoat just like the OE finish on your car. Designed for absolute durability and precise color match. Our universal basecoat may be used with any quality urethane or polyurethane clear- coat. Please note that this basecoat will not need to be reduced We also offer all of the same automotive colors in un-reduced basecoat, single stage paint and a large variety of touch options including custom made aerosols. Unlike other companies selling lacquer or water based paints, all of our touch up paints are modern durable urethane finishes. We are the only eBay sellers selling professional quality paint touch up products.
*IMPORTANT*:
We need some information in order to process your order in a timely manner. Unless there is a color indicated in the title, then please email us the following information as soon as you purchase your item. Vehicle Model, Year, Make and Vehicle Color Code along with a basic description of the color (In your own words i.e. Black, Red, Brown Blue Etc.). If you have trouble locating your paint code, you can use the convenient paint code link below. If you still have trouble finding your paint code, please do not hesitate to contact us. Shipping:
All of our paint products are shipped within 1 business day and most are shipped the same day. We currently use FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship most of our products. Most items are shipped Home Delivery and Ground delivery. Some smaller packages may be shipped USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent at the time the label is created which is at the time the order is processed.
Returns:
If, for some reason, you receive the incorrect color, please contact us immediately. We will send out the correct color to you free of charge. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your touch up paint, please contact us immediately and we will take care of any issues in a timely manner free of charge.
If you would simply like to return your touch up paint, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and there is a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping costs incurred to ship the part are not refundable in these cases.
Disclaimer:
Although we achieve a 99%+ color match rate (please see our feedback), there is no way that we (or any other paint manufacturer for that matter) can guarantee 100% color match unless we have an actual color sample from the vehicle. Various environmental factors as well as color variations at manufacturing facilities make it impossible to paint match on paint code alone 100% of the time.
Unfortunately, tricoat colors are not available in touch up form. These are typically colors such as pearl white or candy colors.
